Bonikol PUR-B is a single-component polyurethane adhesive designed for professional applications in the footwear and leather goods industries. Its formula effectively bonds uppers made of natural and synthetic leather as well as textile materials to soles made of PVC, polyurethane (PU), or leather. Key features of Bonikol PUR-B:

• High bond strength: ensures durable and solid connections.

Application method:

• Surface preparation: clean and, if necessary, roughen the surfaces to be bonded.

• Applying the adhesive: apply a thin, even layer of adhesive to both surfaces. For absorbent materials like leather, it is recommended to apply two layers, with the second layer after approximately 20 minutes from the first.

• Joining elements: after the solvent has evaporated (15–20 minutes after applying the last layer), join the elements and press for 20 seconds under a pressure of 0.4–0.5 MPa.

• Curing time: the bond achieves full strength after 48 hours.
