When making a return or exchange, please send the returned or exchanged goods together with the receipt to the address provided: Polska 22-100 Chelm ul. Please do not send cash on delivery parcels, they will not be collected.
Color differences resulting from individual monitor settings are not subject to complaints. We make every effort to ensure that the colors of the items presented in our auctions are as realistic as possible.
Damage resulting from wear, improper use or maintenance is not subject to complaints (rips, discoloration, e.g. washed with a different dyed fabric, washed at too high a temperature).
Complaints are processed within 14 days from the date of delivery. In the event of a justified complaint, the goods are replaced with a new one at our expense.
If no exchange is possible, the money for the goods will be refunded.
